Terms of service

These terms set out how Sizr seats are licensed, how billing works and what the platform's outputs are intended for.

Last updated: this version applies from your first sign in.

1. Who we are

Sizr is a subscription software platform that sizes and prices temporary power for construction and similar sites. References to we, us and our mean the operator of the Sizr platform.

2. Named seats

A Professional subscription licenses one named individual. Sign in credentials must not be shared. To protect the licence, the platform keeps one active session per seat and registers a maximum of two devices, so signing in elsewhere ends the other session. Repeated sharing may result in suspension.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a seven day trial in small job mode, limited to a capped site size and a fixed number of quotes. Trial output is intended for evaluation. Full features unlock on a paid seat.

4. Subscription and billing

Professional seats are charged at £50 per user per month, exclusive of VAT, and renew until cancelled. Enterprise engagements are quoted separately. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. What the outputs are

Sizr produces indicative sizing and pricing based on the inputs you provide and the pricing catalogue loaded into the platform. It is decision support, not a substitute for a competent person's design review, a site specific risk assessment or a signed hire contract. You remain responsible for verifying loads, diversity, protection, earthing, cable routing and compliance before installation.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls or usage limits, scrape the pricing catalogue, resell access, or use the platform to build a competing sizing engine. Do not upload unlawful content or personal data you have no right to share.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is kept short and, where practical, out of hours.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any claim connected to the platform is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profit or project delay.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, including seat sharing or non payment.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
